Annolyzer 1.0.3

Release notes for Annolyzer 1.0.3.

Annolyzer 1.0.3

The biggest update since launch — a whole new look, a proper light mode, and a freer hand on the canvas. Same honest analyzer underneath; it just reads better now, in every theme, on every platform.

  • A brand-new appearance, your way — an Appearance control now offers Light, Dark or System. System follows your operating system live, so Annolyzer wears whatever your machine is wearing. Every surface, grid line, meter and glyph has been re-authored for both palettes.

  • Dancing lines, five ways — the freehand pencil now has five drawing modes: a static line with both reactive polygons, a line with just the level polygon, a line that dances with the signal, a wilder "crazy" dance, and polygons with no line at all. Set a default from the new floating tool-options bar, or change any single stroke afterwards from the layer-options notch.

  • Undo and redo, within reach — the history pair now sits on that same tool-options bar, so you can step your annotations back and forward without leaving the canvas.

  • Colour it your way — each analysis source can wear its own FFT trace and RTA band colour, picked from a swatch. Your colours, and your Hold/freeze state, are remembered per plugin instance and saved with the session.

  • Snapshots export clean — exporting a snapshot to PNG now lays it on a fully transparent background instead of the old dark teal, strokes and all, each rendered in its own drawing mode. Drop it straight into a document or a mix review and it sits on the page, not inside a box.

  • Polish all round — a refreshed icon set, a softer theme-aware frequency grid, tidier cog-wheel behaviour, and a note popover that refreshes the sidebar the moment you close it.

Available for macOS (AU and VST3), Windows (VST3) and Linux (VST3), installed and updated through The Mix Bus Plugin Manager.

Same analyzer. Brand-new light.
