Release notes for The Mix Bus Plugin Manager 0.1.1.

A maintenance release — no new features, just two install-and-update bugs squashed.

Accurate update status — the Manager now reads a plugin's installed version before comparing it to the feed, so a plugin you've already updated (including one you just installed) stops offering you the same update again.
No more hollow installs — when a download carries a __MACOSX twin of a plugin bundle, the Manager ignores it instead of copying an empty shell over the real thing, the kind that wouldn't load or report a version.
