MIDI port filter: Settings now lists every attached MIDI input with a checkbox — unchecked ports stay closed, so Channel never opens them or receives their events. If you'd previously chosen a single MIDI port, it carries over as your filter.

Per-window MIDI routing, multi-select: Each window picks any combination of open ports to feed its plugin — from the new toolbar port menu or the channel strip. An All Ports switch keeps the receive-everything behaviour one click away, and your routing is remembered per window.

Plugin Only mode runs lean: while in the mode, Channel skips automatic reloads on rebuild (your instrument stays locked in while you play), polls plugin parameters only while the Parameters HUD is open, and pauses the MIDI event log once every window is committed to the mode. The channel strip stays one click away whenever you need the fader.

The channel strip's MIDI list now collapses to keep Level and Mute in reach: with All Ports on the list hides entirely; otherwise unchecked ports tuck behind a Show More button.

The Settings window follows the standard macOS grouped-form layout, with the MIDI filter and the live event log as proper sections.
